The location is unbeatable! Just a quick bus ride to central London. Room was basic but clean. Only downside was the thin walls, could hear everything from neighboring rooms. a decent budget stay. 😊

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like paid Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me find a lost jewel, a memory I cherish. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay!

missingWrote a review on Jun 10vibrant atmospheregreat locationenjoyable getawayunpleasant smell
Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored the buzzing atmosphere of Carnaby Street and checked out the trendy markets in Holland Park. Perfect location to hit up the shops in Kensington and spend a day on Oxford Street. Just a heads up, some areas of the hotel could use a freshen up, but overall it was a sweet getaway with the squad!
Unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of sewage that emerged during our stay, which was pretty unpleasant and not ideal while trying to relax.

missingWrote a review on May 31halal foodbroken windowsstrong odorlack of locks
The accommodations were alarmingly unsafe, with broken doors and windows that didn’t lock. Multiple room changes did not improve the situation, as I encountered a shared balcony where privacy was nonexistent and the sanitary conditions were poor, such as a restroom that emitted a strong urine odor. I did appreciate the halal food options offered during my stay.

The room was a bit cramped, but the comfortable bed and the complimentary tea made the stay cozy. I really enjoyed unwinding in the small lounge area and having access to the rooftop terrace for some fresh air. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, so plan to disconnect a little! 😊

Decent location but needs improvements
Basic amenities like an electric kettle, clean linens, and a flat-screen TV were available. The room had a damp smell and the shower pressure was low. Thin walls made it noisy. No lift, so it’s quite a trek up the stairs. The location was convenient, close to transport.

A Nightmare Stay, Avoid at All Costs!
Upon arrival, the bathroom was a disaster, and we found evidence of previous unsavory activities. Staff were unhelpful when we reported an accident, and requests for basic amenities were denied. It felt unsafe and dirty. Stay away for your own peace of mind.

missingWrote a review on Feb 24central locationbudget-friendly vibelack of cleanliness
The location is close to central attractions, providing easy access to explore the area. The overall vibe has a budget-friendly feel that might appeal to certain travelers looking for simplicity.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The heavy damp smell in the basement rooms was overwhelming, and the presence of mould on walls made the stay quite uncomfortable. shared balcony access with unsecured doors raised safety concerns. The inadequate amenities, like lack of hot water and missing towels, compounded the experience. A refund request was met with indifference, reflecting a disappointing level of service. it might not meet the expectations of those who prioritize hygiene and comfort.
