I was very disapointed in the room that I had paid and could not bring myself to sleep there.

    Superb

Very friendly staff. Excellent location, close to pubs, food & wine shops and supermarket. Less than two minutes walk to Pimlico underground station.

    Tricky flush. No towels.

tv in room didn't work, room looked like a dormitory, there was a hole in the ceiling right above the bed (and under the reception desk) which made me feel very uncomfortable as a lone female traveller

    Very good

The kindness of the guy serving breakfast.

The room was in very nice condition: newly painted, new windows and clean. The staff was nice. Have in mind that they take a fee for keeping your luggage if you go home later than the check out. We had to pay £10 for them to keep our 3 luggages from check out at 10.30 till 17.00. Normally this is free in other hotels. This will not keep me from booking at this hotel again though. Because the overall experience was nice in comparison to the price.

This hotel was an absolute rip off our travel was not aranged until late evening And they made us pay an extra 20pounds to keep the room for and hour And then charged us to hold our baggage. A man entered our room with out permission twice!! And we had to climb 15 flights of stairs with no assistants. This hotel was largely uncomfortable and did not promote safety as a priority. It was very noisy and very unclean the bathroom was a joke, no more than 2centimetres allowance to move. Overall experience was very poor and I would not revisit and I would not recomend it.

    The location was great

The hotel Room was laying just beside the reseption, so there was a lot of noice! The breakfast was really poor. The Hotel was really old, and needed to be fixed a lot of places

The hotel is perfectly located in london. Close to tube

The Cleanliness of the room was not good, the price was very expensive (same everywhere in london)

Nothing - I booked for there but we ended up at their sister hotel down the road. It was a dive!! Fairly dirty, Rude Staff, Broken appliances, Broken window latches! And i was charged £6 to pay by debit card. I would have refused and gone elsewhere but they would have taken money from my account anyway!!!!

I didnt like anything! I could have coped with this nasty place if i could have closed the windows and slept!

We had a sleepless night, the reason for which became obvious upon first light; the room was teeming with bed bugs, roughly half the size of wood lice, with a cockroach type appearance. This was reported to the hotel reception where I was told to speak to the manager. Our taxi was waiting, so I phoned later that day. I was told to send an email, which I duly did, and did not receive a reply. Over the last 2 weeks the bites have gradually come out, so that both of us looked like we had chicken pox. They are intensely itchy and have caused a great deal of discomfort and more sleepless nights. We destroyed our luggage and clothing to stop the infestation spreading into our own homes.

    Good location

Worst hotel and staff I have ever seen! I booked a double bedroom and when I arrive there I was given a different bedroom with four beds. The bedroom was next to the reception and I could even hear the receptionist snoring the whole night outside my bedroom. It was extremely noisy during the mornings, when other customers were in the reception. They did not even provide us towels. When I asked the receptionist to give us another bedroom more quite, he said that he will charge us 10£ extra for cleaning both of the bedrooms. When I did the booking the breakfast was included, but then I received an e-mail that the breakfast costs an extra of 2.50£ per person and when I arrived there the staff asked me 3£ extra for the breakfast. The last day, I asked the receptionist to keep our luggage in the hotel for some hours and he asked me 2£ extra per luggage to keep them in the facilities of the hotel. But there were no facilities!!! He just put our luggage in the bedroom we were sleeping! The carpet was extremely dirty, the toilet full of mold and the bed was broken! The staff was extremely rude and they were just trying to take money from us for everything!

Do not! Stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel for my mother and I, expecting a very simple yet at least clean room. What we got was horrendous. The room smelt of mould when we entered. The room was damp, dusty and nor very well cleaned. Hairs from multiple other guests were to be found around the room. The curtains were infested with mould so badly it surely was a health hazard to stay there. The hotel was having issues with the heating. We had to wear all our sweaters and jackets just sitting in the room. We asked for a heater but had to then again ask 2 hours later as they did not pursue the request. Towls were missing in the room and when some were brought they were not clean. The night manager spent all night on the phone talking loudly so that his entire conversation could be heard throughout the house all night. They refused to refund us only offered us an equally dirty other room higher up. To top it off my mother got bites probably from bed bugs in this hotel. One of the worst in London ever!

The staff were rude, the rooms was dirty, the bathroom door had to be opened with a screwdriver, there were no towels in the room and no remote for the tv, the lounge for breaksfast was more along the lines of a transport cafe and our continental breakfast was cornflakes and toast
